1. License. You may install and play the game for personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or strip protections, except where law allows.
2. In-game items. Gold, energy, towers, heroes etc. are virtual items with no cash value. This version charges no real money.
3. Ads. The game shows Google AdMob ads (optional rewarded ads; limited interstitials). See the Privacy Policy.
4. Data. Progress is stored on your device; uninstalling or clearing app data deletes it.
5. Liability. The game is provided "as is" without warranty. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages.
6. Children. The game is not directed to children under 13.
7. Changes. Terms may be updated; the new effective date will appear here.
